Orqent Partners

Your next client called at nine at night. Someone should have answered.

Orqent Partners builds AI chat agents, voice agents, and automation for law firms, real estate offices, clinics, insurance agencies, and home services companies. Inquiries get answered, qualified, and booked — without adding headcount.

Serving law firms, real estate, medical and surgical practices, insurance, and home services.

Inquiry arrivesAI agent respondsQualifiesBooks the callWrites to CRM

Most businesses don't lose leads. They lose the first ten minutes.

An inquiry arrives at 7pm, on a Saturday, or while the whole team is already on the phone. It sits in an inbox until Monday. By then the person has called three competitors and booked with whoever picked up first.

The same pattern shows up inside the business. Intake questions get asked differently by different people. Follow-up depends on someone remembering. Details get retyped from one system into another. None of it is difficult work — it just never stops.

That's the work we automate.

What we build

AI Chat Agents

Conversational agents on your website that answer questions from your own vetted content, qualify inbound leads, collect contact details, and book appointments against a live calendar. They hand off to a person when a conversation goes beyond what they should handle.

AI Voice Agents

AI that answers your phone — after hours, during overflow, or when the team is already on the line. It holds a natural conversation, captures the caller's details and reason for calling, routes them to the right person, and books appointments over the phone.

Appointment Booking Systems

Scheduling that reads real availability from your live calendar, presents open times in the caller's own timezone, sends confirmations and reminders, and writes the appointment into your CRM. Interest turns into a booked meeting inside the same conversation.

Automation and Workflow Automation

The repetitive, rules-based work that sits between your systems: lead intake and routing, follow-up sequences, reminders, duplicated data entry, internal handoffs, recurring status updates. Single tasks or whole multi-step processes, running without anyone pushing them along.

CRM and Platform Integrations

We wire agents and automations into the CRM, calendar, and communication tools you already run on. When an agent qualifies a lead or books a call, it's already in the system your team works out of — nobody retypes anything.

Most engagements combine several of these. Which ones depends on where the time is actually going, and that's what the first call is for.

Who we work with

Law firms

Law Firms

Intake speed decides which cases a firm wins. We handle inquiries at any hour, ask the same qualifying questions every time, screen for case type before an attorney is pulled in, and book consultations straight into the calendar. The agent handles intake and scheduling — it does not give legal advice, and it says so.

Real estate

Real Estate

Inquiries arrive while agents are out showing properties. We respond immediately, qualify buyers and sellers on timeline, budget, financing, and area, answer routine listing questions, book showings against live availability, and follow up on leads that would otherwise go cold.

Medical and healthcare

Medical and Healthcare Clinics & Surgery Centers

Front-desk phone volume and no-shows are a standing operational cost. We take routine calls and chats, answer questions about services, hours, and what to bring, handle booking and rescheduling, and send reminders. Anything clinical or urgent routes to staff rather than being handled by the agent.

Insurance

Insurance

Quote requests, renewals, and service calls compete for the same limited hours. We capture and qualify quote requests as they arrive, collect what's needed before an agent picks up, book policy reviews, and automate renewal outreach. Binding coverage and quoting premiums stay with your licensed agents.

Home services

Home Services

A missed call is usually a lost job. We answer while crews are on site, capture the address, job details, and urgency, separate emergencies from routine scheduling, book estimates, and follow up on quotes that were sent but never accepted.

Outside these five? Tell us what you're running. If it's a fit we'll say so, and if it isn't we'll say that too.

How an engagement works

  1. Discovery

A thirty-minute call. We map how inquiries reach you now, what happens to them, where time is being lost, and what tools you already run on.

  2. Scoping

We define exactly what gets built, which systems it connects to, and what the agent should and shouldn't handle. Pricing and timeline are set here, once the work is understood.

  3. Build

We build the agent, the automation, and the integrations, grounded in your own content and connected to your own systems.

  4. Testing

Everything is tested against real scenarios, including the awkward ones, before it touches live traffic.

  5. Launch

The system goes live and your team knows how handoffs and escalations work.

  6. Refinement

Real conversations always reveal gaps. We monitor and tighten the system as they surface.

Common questions

We don't publish pricing, and we won't quote before we understand the work. A chat agent on a website and a voice agent wired into a CRM with multi-step automation are different projects with different costs. Pricing is scoped on the discovery call, once we know what we're building.

It depends on scope — how many services are involved, how many systems we're connecting, and how much of your content already exists in usable form. Like pricing, timeline is set during scoping rather than guessed beforehand.

That's not what it's for. The agents take the repetitive volume — the routine questions, the intake, the scheduling, the follow-up that never gets done — so your team spends their time on work that actually needs them. In practice what most clients gain is coverage: inquiries answered at eleven at night, calls answered while everyone is already busy.

Our agents answer from a knowledge base built out of your own material, not from general AI output. Scope boundaries are set during the build, so the agent declines what it shouldn't handle instead of improvising, and escalation paths to a person are defined before launch.

That's the integration work. We connect to your CRM, calendar, and communication tools so records stay where your team already looks for them. Which specific platforms apply gets confirmed during discovery, since it depends on your stack.

Time on the discovery call, access to the systems we'll be connecting, and whatever content you already have — intake scripts, FAQs, service descriptions. If that material doesn't exist yet, building it is part of the work.
